FAQ

Do we book our own campsite?

Yes. You book & pay your campsite directly with your preferred site supplier and book & pay the Glamping with us.

Feel free to check our preferred supplier page for ideas for your Event or Getaway.

Please check with both suppliers to ensure your date/s are available with both parties and that your preferred site is in our Service area as a Service Fee does apply if you are outside of our 30km radius from Doyalson Lights NSW 2259.

Can I book online?

You are Welcome to Book 1 x Bell Tent Booking Online providing your venue location is within our 30km Service area from Doyalson Lights or you are Booking at Glenworth Valley, otherwise please contact us for a Quotation for our out of Service area for Group or event Bookings.

**Please Note If you are Glamping at a holiday park please check that your Glamping dates are available to coincide with your Glamping Booking first.

2 or more Bell Tents or Group Bookings cannot be Booked Online.

Please contact us for a Quotation.

Glamping Campsites fees are not included in Glamping prices and they are to be booked and paid separately to Glamping Bookings.

What if I only would like a one night stay?

All our Bookings are for a 2 x night minimum stay.

You are Welcome to stay for 1 x night but a 2 x night fee will apply.

If you are booking 2 or more Bell Tent Suites or you are out of our Service area a 2 x night minimum fee will also apply in addition to an out of Service Delivery Fee.

Please contact us for further information.

Can we bring pets to stay with us?

No, even though we love all fur babies due to hygiene reasons we do not allow pets in our Bell Tent Suites.

Are Bell Tents Waterproof?

Our Bell Tents are made from Canvas which is not a waterproof material, however all our tents have been treated with a waterproofing agent to help protect them in wet weather.

If anythings is leaning up against the sides of the Tent while it is raining it will increase the chance of water seeping through the Tent including the zippers, so we ask that you don't put any of your belongings up against the sides of the Tent to minimise rain water entering.

Our Bell Tents have been out in many heavy rain storms and have withstand the impact of rain & some windy conditions.

How much notice do you need for a Booking?

Due to us being a mobile company and that we come to you, we prefer a minimum of 28 days notice for single Bell Tent bookings.

For multiple Tent Bookings we prefer a minimum of 42 days Notice to ensure time to arrange your Booking.

Please always contact us as these time frames may vary in busy periods.

*Please Note our Bell Tents are not set up permanently in any location.
