Please take the time to read our Booking Terms & Conditions before making a Reservation with

Belle Glamping & Events.​

By making a Booking with Belle Glamping & Events you (the hirer) agree to accept, without limitation, all of these Terms & Conditions of use & is your responsibility to book & pay your campsite fees with your venue provider in advance and share your Campsite/Booking reference or camp site number with us where applicable.

All Bookings made are subject to these Terms & Conditions and the person making the Booking  (the hirer) is deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions on behalf of all individuals staying with Belle Glamping & Events.

The hirer must be over 18 years of age to make a Booking.

The hirer is responsible for the behaviour and alcohol consumption of all their Guests within their Booking.

Belle Glamping & Events have the right to change or update our Booking Terms & Conditions without prior notice.​

 

1. Acceptance of Terms

​By booking with Belle Glamping & Events, you (the hirer) agree to our Booking Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines provided before or after your reservation.

In participating in the Event, the hirer (along with family, friends, or anyone included in your Group booking) agree to release Belle Glamping & Events ABN 1147 243 1359 and its associated entities from any liability for death, personal injury, psychological trauma, or any loss or damage, including property damage.

Glamping is an outdoor experience set & can be set within natural environments. While every effort is made to provide a comfortable and thoughtfully prepared stay & all guests acknowledge that outdoor settings carry inherent risks, including changing weather, natural terrain, insects & wildlife, reduced lighting after dark.

Guests participation is voluntary and undertaken at the Guest's own risk.

 

 

2. Booking & Payment

2.1. Booking Confirmation

Booking is confirmed once an Invoice is issue and full payment is received by the Due Date-no verbal conversations are deemed as a confirmed Booking.

 2.2 Multiple Tents (this is for 4 or more Glamping Tents are Booked) the Booking is only valid when the Security Deposit & Delivery Fee

(if applicable) is Paid In Full & the Balance is Paid in Full by the Due Date on the Invoice.​

2.2. Payment Requirements​

 

Final Payment is Due 14 Days prior to your Event or 21 Days for 4 or more Bell Tent Booking.

Online Bookings are to be paid in Full Online at the time of your Booking or by the due date on the Invoice provided by Belle Glamping & Events.

Payment Options are either via a Bank Transfer or Credit Card.

**Please Note there are Stripe Platform fees when paying by Credit Card.

2.3 Security Bond & Security Deposit

The Security Bond & Security Deposit may be required for damages, loss, excessive cleaning, breach

of Terms and /or Vendor and/or Campsite or Holiday Park Rules.

Failure for Security Bonds & Security Deposits to be returned due to the above reasons will be notified via email once the stock has been inspected after your Booking.

2.4 The time frame for Security Bonds & Security Deposits to be refunded under normal circumstances is usually 25 to 30 Days from your departure date, however this may be longer in busy periods.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

​

3.1. Cancellations by the customer

All Cancellations are Non-refundable, however we will provide a Booking Credit for your future Glamping stay with us (pending suitable dates & our availability) and with a 12 months expiry date from your initial Booking Date.

Transferring your Booking to someone else is also acceptable but there will incur a $50 Transfer fee for this process.

3.2 Cancellation by Belle Glamping & Events.

We understand that your Event date is important, however we may have to Cancel  or reschedule your Booking due to unsafe weather conditions, pandemics, war or any other act of god out of our control.

If we have already commenced your set up there will be no refunds or rescheduling ,this also includes no shows,

No refunds or rescheduling will apply under any these circumstances.

 Online Bookings are to be paid in Full Online at the time of your Booking or by the due date on the Invoice provided by

Belle Glamping & Events.

4. Safety, Site Requirements & Customer Responsibilities

​

4.1 Site Requirements for Private Residence

The hirer must have the site ready & animals are away prior to our arrival as we require a safe & interupted environment to work in.

A level grassy area is required to pitch the Bell Tent/s & clear vehicle access.

Any property permission (if applicable e.g.: Air BNB’s) is the responsibility of the hirer to arrange prior to our arrival.

4.2 Customer Responsibilities

NO Pets, open flames, Smoking, Vaping, Candles (other than what we supply) fireworks, heaters, cooking, texta’s, markers, glow sticks or any glow products are permitted in the Bell Tent/s at any time.

Children are to be always supervised; equipment is to be protected & all instructions are to be always carried out.

 

5.0 Weather & Environmental Conditions

 

5.1 We may need to refuse set up or dismantle equipment early prior to extreme weather. If refunds apply this will be handled case-by-case.

 

6.0 Arrival, Setup & Pack Down

 

6.1 Hirer must ensure access at agreed times & vacate the Bell Tent/s prior to pack-down otherwise Late Fees will apply.llay apply.

 

7.0 Damage, Loss & Liability

 

7.1 The hirer is financially responsible for damage, loss, or excessive cleaning including both inside & outside the Bell Tent/s.

7.2 Belle Glamping & Events are not liable for weather impacts, or injury from misuse, including cooking equipment & any other hired items.

 

8.0 Use of Bell Tents for Accommodation

 

8.1 Strict occupancy limits apply and Belle Glamping & Events must be informed of exact number of Guests so we can provide for that number of Guests. Strictly No additional beds or Guests can be added or supplied by the hirer or any other Guest members. Failure will result with a Penalty Fee.

8.2 The Bell Tents are not to be used for any illegal activities, including

Smoking, Vaping & Cooking are all prohibited inside the Bell Tent/s.

 

9.0 Photography, Marketing & Social Media

 

9.1 With Consent, we may use non-identifiable images of our setups for marketing.

 

10.0 Force Majeure

 

10.1 While every reasonable effort will be made by Belle Glamping and Events to fulfil all confirmed Bookings, performance maybe varied, suspended or cancelled where circumstances arise that are beyond our reasonable control.

Such circumstances may include, but not limited to, acts of God, epidemics or pandemics, war, industrial action, strikes, riots, lockouts, fire, flood, gales or tempest, severe weather events, government restrictions, restrictions on the use or availability of transport, or any other event beyond the control of Belle Glamping and Events.

In such circumstances Belle Glamping and Events shall not bel held liable for any loss, damage, delay or failure to perform and refunds will not be provided unless required by law.

 

11.0 Governing Law

 

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
