When the setting becomes part of the story
In 2025 Belle Glamping was proud to provide glamping accommodation for The Kids Foundation at Roma Orchard, Omadale — a stunning property out near Gundy in regional NSW.
The Kids Foundation brings together public figures, equestrians and agricultural leaders who ride mostly retired racehorses across private and beautiful countryside to raise funds for trauma recovery and injury prevention programs for children and their families.
The glamping setup beneath the trees at Roma Orchard created a breathtaking backdrop for this extraordinary event — and watching the Day 1 video of the children and families whose lives this charity touches left our team genuinely moved.

Corporate glamping — your questions answered

For smaller corporate groups we recommend at least 4–6 weeks notice.
For larger retreats or end-of-year events — particularly with a specific date or venue in mind — 3–6 months is ideal.

Yes — we have 50 bell tents and can accommodate up to 120 guests.
We've delivered large-scale glamping setups for organisations including The Kids Foundation and are experienced in coordinating complex multi-tent events across a range of venue types.

Absolutely.
We offer a range of tent styles — Coastal, Neutral & White, Pastel Tones and Nature & Floral — and can tailor the setup to suit your brand, event theme or retreat aesthetic.Michelle personally handles every enquiry and will work with you to make sure everything reflects your vision.

We work across a wide range of venues on the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Lake Macquarie — including private properties, established campsites and event venues.
If you have a specific venue in mind, get in touch and we'll confirm whether we can make it work.

Our bell tents are fully off-grid, running on solar or battery-operated lighting.
There is no mains power connected.
If your team needs to charge devices we recommend providing portable power banks.This off-grid experience is often a highlight for corporate groups looking to genuinely disconnect.

Full payment is required at least 21 days prior to your event date.
A $250 security bond and $15 admin fee also applies.
For larger events we'll discuss payment timing when we confirm your booking details.
