We recommend at least 4–6 weeks notice for school camp bookings, and ideally 2–3 months for larger groups or specific dates.
The earlier you get in touch the better — school camp dates fill quickly, particularly in Terms 1 and 4.

The Traditional Glamping suite includes the 5m bell tent (20m²) pitched and secured, single mattresses for up to 4 students, and a mosquito net.
Students bring their own sleeping bags, pillows, towels and any additional bedding.
No chairs are included — it's a simple, sturdy and practical setup ideal for school groups.

Yes — this is really important.
We drill bolts into the ground to secure the bell tents safely, so it's the school or hirer's responsibility to advise us of any underground sprinkler systems, irrigation pipes or cables before our arrival.
Please check with your venue and let us know in advance.

No — no pets or farm animals are permitted inside or immediately around the bell tents during the hire period, including during our setup and packdown.
If the camp venue has resident animals, please ensure they are secured away from the glamping area prior to our arrival.

Students must be supervised by school staff or responsible adults at all times.
No open flames, candles, cooking, smoking or fireworks are permitted inside or near the tents.
All equipment must be used responsibly and all instructions followed.

The bell tents require a level grassy area for pitching and clear vehicle access for delivery and setup.
We cannot pitch on concrete, bitumen or heavily sloped surfaces. Please advise us of the site conditions when you enquire so we can confirm suitability.

Our bell tents are made from durable, weather-resistant canvas designed to handle typical Australian conditions.
In severe weather we'll monitor forecasts closely and contact you in advance if conditions look dangerous.
A wet weather plan is always worth having — we're happy to talk through options when you enquire.

We handle all delivery, setup and packdown completely — there's nothing for teachers or staff to organise beyond making sure students have removed their personal belongings and rubbish from inside and around the tents.We aim to make the logistics as simple as possible so staff can focus entirely on the students.
