We work with you to design a bell tent village that suits your venue, your guest numbers and your vision. From a handful of intimate suites for close family to a full glamping village for 120 guests — we've delivered it all across NSW.

Every tent is delivered, pitched, styled and made up before your guests arrive. When the celebrations end, we return and pack everything down. Your venue is left exactly as we found it.

From your first enquiry to your final farewell brunch — we handle everything

Get in touch
Send us an enquiry with your wedding date, approximate guest numbers and venue. We'll come back to you within 2–3 business days to discuss your vision and confirm availability.

We plan together
Michelle will work with you to design the perfect glamping village — suite mix, styling themes, layout and any special additions for the honeymoon suite or bridal party.
03
We set everything up
Our team arrives before your guests and sets up every tent to perfection — beds made, lights strung, décor arranged. Your venue coordinator doesn't lift a finger.
04
We pack down after
When the last guest checks out, we return and pack everything down completely. Your venue is left exactly as we found it — ready for the next chapter of your married life.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Wedding glamping — your questions answered

  • We recommend getting in touch 6–8 months before your wedding date — earlier if possible, particularly for peak season weekends.

    Wedding bookings involve detailed logistics and we want to make sure we can plan everything perfectly around your venue and guest numbers.

  • We have a fleet of 50 bell tents and can accommodate up to 120 guests.

    In a single week we've delivered 37 glamping tents to one wedding and 13 to another simultaneously — large-scale events are absolutely within our capability.

  • We work at a wide range of venues across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Lake Macquarie — not just our preferred list.

    Our preferred venues are simply ones we know and love. If you have a venue in mind that isn't on our list, get in touch and we'll let you know if we can make it work.

  • Yes — subject to availability, you're welcome to choose from our range of styles including Coastal, Neutral & White, Pastel Tones, and Nature & Floral designs.

    Just let us know your preference when you enquire and we'll do our best to match your wedding aesthetic.

  • We handle all packdown completely — your guests just need to remove their personal belongings and rubbish from inside and around the tent.

    Please make sure any hired BBQ is left clean and all rubbish is removed, as these are conditions of the security bond.

  • We've previously accommodated guests with mobility needs including a guest in a wheelchair using our larger 6m bell tent.

    We don't provide accessible bathroom facilities, so please check with your venue about amenities.
