We deliver to your chosen location across the Central Coast, Newcastle, Hunter Valley and Lake Macquarie. Every tent arrives pitched, styled and made up — ready for the celebration to begin.

For standard bookings we ask for at least 2 weeks notice.
For larger group bookings we'd appreciate a little more — just get in touch as early as you can and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

It depends on your suite.
Our Deluxe and Classic suites include linen, but you'll need to bring your own Esky, dinnerware and cutlery unless you've added our Acrylic Dinnerware & Cutlery hire at $8 per person.Even with our BBQ package, dinnerware is not included unless specifically added.
Check your suite inclusions and give us a call if you're unsure.

Absolutely — you're welcome to add your own decorations and personalise the space.
If you'd like us to take care of the decorating for you, we can do that at an additional charge.
Just let us know your vision when you enquire.

Yes — no smoking or vaping inside the tents, no open flames or fireworks, and no illegal activities.
Rubbish must be cleared from inside and outside the tent at checkout, and any hired BBQ must be left clean.
Please also be mindful of neighbouring campsites and any venue noise rules.

No — no pets or farm animals are permitted inside the bell tents or in the surrounding area during the hire period.
This applies to all bookings and all locations.

We have 50 bell tents and can accommodate up to 120 guests.
